Ok shall update to value our band's blog existence.

First:
1. We must treasure our sec 1s. Bond and communicate with them more. Teach them how to play the scales and flip thru' your Standard Of Excellence. I would like to highlight the clarinet section cos from what i've observed, their sec 1s are doing well. And this is due to the hard work of the clarinetists. Esp the sec 2s and 3s. KEEP IT UP!

2. RESPECT YOUR SENIORS PLS. But i admit most of you have been good juniors so a pat on the back to you. CALL YOU SENIORS SIR/MA'AM.

3. Keep the band room CLEAN AT ALL TIMES! AND WASH YOUR SALIVA CONTAINERS PLS. I don't want creepy crawlies to be our band's guest players. AND ARRANGE YOUR CHAIRS. Sections on duties only check. The QMs will help me check this. THANK YOU QMs!

4. Place your shoes properly on the rack. Don't anyhow kick it all over the place. THIS IS NOT YOUR HOUSE. And look at who's shoes you're wearing before falling in to avoid unpleasant situations.

I hope everyone will make good use of the holiday practices. And take this advantage to get to know your sec 1s better. Be acknowledged that there will be drills after band during the holidays. If everyone cooperate and do well, you'll be released early.

AND REMEMBER NO ONE SHOULD BE LEFT OUT ESP SEC 1S; THIS IS THE ONLY KEY TO OUR UNITY
